## Summary

Successfully implemented a comprehensive test suite for the Control Plane Admin UI with **unit tests**, **integration tests**, and **E2E tests**.

## 🐛 Bugs Fixed

1. **Scaling Component**: Fixed duplicate `plan` variable declaration
   - Changed `const [plan, setPlan]` to `const [selectedPlan, setSelectedPlan]`
   - Changed `const plan = data` to `const scalingPlan = data`

2. **TypeScript Config**: Added `tsconfig.node.json` for build tooling

3. **Test Configuration**: Created `vitest.integration.config.ts` for integration tests
