🐛 Bugs Fixed

1. Scaling Component: Fixed duplicate plan variable declaration

   • Changed const [plan, setPlan] to const [selectedPlan, setSelectedPlan]
   • Changed const plan = data to const scalingPlan = data

2. TypeScript Config: Added tsconfig.node.json for build tooling

3. Test Configuration: Created vitest.integration.config.ts for integration tests
